Timeline
Within the organization timeline, we had the following key activities for setting up the web page, that merit more detail:
- May 2024: Initial requirements began to take place, including contacting the developer for setting up the round and making key decisions such as network to use, gatekeeper choice, art definition, and voter definition.
- May 31, 2024: A test round was launched to test the round running on Scroll.
- June 1-14, 2024: Zupass Gatekeeper was worked on. Changes were made on the frontend and on contracts to support Zupass as a gatekeeper for the round.
- July, 2024: Further tests were ran on Scroll, and due to limitations on the amount of projects Scroll could support (10 projects) it was decided to use Optimism instead. Changes were made on the frontend and the configurations in order to move chains.
- July 15, 2024: Voters have been selected and onboarded to Zupass.
- July 22-29, 2024: Project selection from proposals reviewed and approved/denied.
- August 10, 2024: Website is live and selected projects are visible. Voters have been sent their Zupass PCD.

- August 21, 2024: Vote concludes and results are tallied.
- August 22, 2024: Results are published and live on website.
Notes about implementing the timeline
- It was much easier to have the two timelines going, so backend activities were also planned & carried out.
