What was the final timeline? Were there any changes, considerations or difficulties related to the timeline?

What criteria was given to projects about what would be accepted or not? What was the outcome from the criteria, would you do it different in the future? How did the projects respond?
How did the round organiser choose to gatekeep voters for the round? (ex: POAP, NFT, zupass, tokens, attestation, etc). How was the community defined and what did they use to gate the voters?
We used the EASGatekeeper mechanism for voters. Each voter was chosen before the start of the round, and was determined by multiple factors such as involvement with the ETH TGU community, track record, and they did not have to belong to any academic activities, so to not create a bias. Chosen voters provided their wallet addresses which were added to the platform, granting them access to the vote when the round began. Each voter had to then sign up and sign the required transaction to verify they had access and afterwards submit their vote.
