🌱 Vision

Launch an Ethereum Localism chapter in Buenos Aires that bridges technologists and local communities, fostering education, collaboration, and the use of decentralized tools to solve local problems and strengthen grassroots organizing.

We aim to:

• Connect Ethereum builders—local, nomadic, and expat—with a diverse range of community actors.
• Empower communities to use digital tools for coordination, fundraising, and collective action.
• Showcase Ethereum's potential as a local empowerment tool, not just a global infrastructure.
• Cultivate a culture of curiosity, plurality, participation, and collective action across professions and demographics.

🗺️ Plan

📌 Phase 1: Laying the Groundwork

1. Community Mapping

• Understand the local landscape—what exists, what’s been tried, and where the gaps or opportunities lie.
