The EthColombia Quadratic Funding round was run in conjunction with Devcon V in Bogota, Colombia.
This was the biggest QF round to be run, with $290,000+ allocated to projects working on Public Goods and an ATH contributor count of nearly 6,000! The allocation of funds was determined by votes from the community. Voting was open to anyone who verified their ID via BrightID, with individuals required to contribute a sum above US$1.
This round was open to everyone. Anyone with a wallet could participate in this round.
