Timeline
- March 27, 2024: Sam and Diego connect to explore the idea of a retro round using MACI’s new tool. Diego begins providing feedback on testnet versions, and an initial call is held to outline round details.
- April 15: Diego starts working on potential project timelines and defining resource requirements.
- May 2: A second call is conducted to coordinate project execution and align priorities.
- May 10: Sam steps back to focus on managing MACI, with Diego continuing to provide feedback on EasyRetroPGF iterations.
- May 23: The MACI team provides feedback on the round’s approach and scope.
- June 4: Diego submits the grant application for the matching pool to PSE and begins developing the voting workflow.
- June 25: Grant is approved, and initial website prototypes are shared; Diego provides feedback.
- July 1-5: The MACI team raises questions on voting details and shares further feedback. Hodlon joins to supervise the project.
- August: Cryptoversidad team is out of office, returning on August 19.
- August 20: Benjamin (Developer) initiates planning for the round’s deployment.
- August 29: A call with the PSE team and Benjamin finalizes pre-deployment details.
- Early September: Iterations between Benjamin and Diego continue to refine the application and voting UI.
